I have to admit, I never did look into VtR 2E's rules, mostly because, honestly, after 20 years of rules systems, this is getting a little pricey to purchase.
Plus I bought a lot of the LARP stuff as it came out because none of the tabletop friends I had were interested in playing the tabletop game, only the LARPers were into it.
